Haynes Shopping Centre

This “Greenfields” property was purchased by our client with a view to constructiing a new shopping centre located on the corner of Armadale and Eighth Roads in Armadale. Coles Supermarket committed early to the Centre as the anchor Tenant and a number of high quality tenants followed suit.

Lease Equity were integrally involved from master planning, to leasing and management of this Centre. Securing Coles Supermarket, KFC, Bakers Delight, Subway, Jetts Fitness, Coles Express, 7-Eleven and many more specialty stores.

The Centre is now in a strong trading position, offering a convenient option for residents outside of the Armadale Town Centre.
