Belmont Forum Shopping Centre is located 8km east of the Perth CBD in the booming city of Belmont. The centre is easily accessed via major arterial roads being Great Eastern Highway, Leach Highway and the Graham Farmer Freeway. The Centre enjoys the benefit of being adjacent a substantial industrial basin, and a constantly growing residential population.

Lease Equity were engaged in 2010 to refocus the Centre’s mix and to drive the Centre’s income. Our knowledge and experience has led to the introduction of many new tenants, the renewal of tenants within the Centre on substantially enhanced terms and a more dominant position in the market for leasing. During Lease Equity’s involvement, the moving annual turnover approached $300 million, with our leasing leading to much of the growth in turnover.
