Beeliar Village is a neighbourhood Shopping Centre anchored by Coles and 11 specialty retailers. The Centre opened in late 2013 servicing the major growth area of Beeliar 20km south of Perth. The centre is prominently located on Beeliar Drive and includes McDonalds and Coles Express pad sites.

Lease Equity’s involvement is in leasing the existing centre and providing strategic advice on tenancy mix and rental income.
