Since his time as an AFL player agent in the early 1990s, Jim Tsagalis has had an impact on Perth.

The Lease Equity founder and managing director moved to the property industry in 1998 as general manager of investments for development giant Mirvac. He founded Lease Equity in 2002 and has been a leading force in CBD retail leasing in the intervening years.

Since its inception, Lease Equity has brokered more than $15 billion in sales and leasing transactions. The company employs about 50 staff.
