Managed by Lease Equity on behalf of Far East Organization, the Hames Sharley designed refurbishment will provide shoppers and visitors with a space to taste their way through a diverse range of Asian and multicultural cuisine eateries, and create an engaging and welcoming experience for shoppers and locals alike.

Construction of the new dining precinct, undertaken by Perth builders Hoskins Contracting, commenced in April 2022 and is set to open in time for Christmas 2022. Offering more than 1,000m² of F&B spaces, with both dine-in and takeaway options, shoppers and visitors can conveniently enter the heart of the dining precinct via Wellington Place.
