Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre, developed by Frasers Property, will open its doors next Wednesday fully leased.
The 4400sqm shopping centre is anchored by a 3200sqm Woolworths and a BWS liquor store, and has 12 specialty tenants.
Lease Equity's Tom Prout said the centre was the fifth centre Lease Equity had fully leased in the past 36 months.
Frasers Property Australia development director Stuart Gardiner said the tenant mix would be a valuable drawcard for the community, including residents of the Port Coo gee estate.
The centre has 188 basement parking bays. An official opening is set for Friday, June 17.
