Since its early introduction, Roxby Architects has been engaged by numerous retail centres to implement design guidelines and coordinate tenant relocation.

The company was first introduced to tenancy coordination by retail leasing specialist Jim Tsagalis of Lease Equity and the Perron Group whilst it was involved in the Belmont Forum remodelling in 1997.

"The purpose of tenancy coordination is to ensure tenant's fit-outs are not only design compatible, but technically coordinated with the overall redevelopment," Director Adam Roxby said.

As a testament to its expertise, Roxby Architects is now a familiar name among Perth retail precincts and is currently working with one40william's Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as the Brookfield Multiplex on the highly successful Brookfield Place.

Brookfield Office Properties' Alison Robertson said the development was a complicated one, with demanding heritage requirements.

"There was a high need for Roxby Architects to ensure all tenants contributed positively to what is a very unique and successful retail and hospitality destination. Roxby's services were critical to the calibre and successful timing of the project," she said.

Roxby Architects was also an integral member of the superannuation company ISPT, providing tenancy coordination services to ENEX100 and Forrest Chase.

"Outside of these big CBD productions, we are very proud of the work we did for Perron Group's Cockburn Gateway Shopping City during its redevelopment in 2006 and more recently, the redevelopment of Waterford Plaza in 2010, which lead to the Hippo Creek Restaurant and Tavern commission," Mr Roxby said.
