Lease Equity has been appointed to sell the property at 62-66 Banksia Road in Welshpool.

The property is situated in a prominent location on the corner of Banksia Road and McDowell Street.

The 7659sqm site has access to the region's main arterial roads, including Roe and Tonkin highways, and Orrong Road.

Director of Lease Equity's capital markets division Luke Pavlos said with interest rates at an all-time low, cashed-up owner occupiers, investors, and developers were actively seeking acquisition opportunities in prime commercial and industrial precincts.

The property has a 3602sqm office/ warehouse consisting of three adjoining, steel frame, clear span buildings, each with its own access.

The buildings were amalgamated 'allowing for single occupation, however the design allows a new buyer the flexibility to accommodate single or multiple occupants.

Mr Pavlos said the property had recently been refurbished with new external cladding, internal painting and bitumen to external areas.

The property is being offered with vacant possession and will be sold using an offers to purchase campaign.
