Lease Equity, one of Perth's top tier retail leasing operators, is celebrating its 15th anniversary and a $1.1 billion plus rental roll.
The agency, which lists Brookfield Place, exexlOO, 140 (140 William Street), Belmont Forum and Garden City on its retail credits, cites research and close collaboration with clients to create value as the reasons for its success.
Lease Equity Managing Director, Jim Tsagalis said over the past decade and a half market conditions had oscillated.
"There are few absolutes in the commercial property sector, but working with clients, offering predictive advice based on methodical research and changing marketing conditions is vitally important," Mr Tsagalis said.
"Part of our responsibility is to represent Perth to the world and bring the best and most sought after retailers, restaurateurs, operators and investors to our doorstep. We have come to view Perth's city as a client."
Mr Tsagalis said he wanted to deliver retail sparkle through the city including to Forest Chase's $100 million facelift, the revamped QVl and Underground at Allendale Square. Hibernian Place and 480 Hay Street, at the Westin Hotel, were also in line for world-class retail, he said.
