Lease Equity and DPM Corporate are leasing the three-level office building at 10 Victoria Avenue for a gross occupancy cost, inclusive of outgoings, of $455/sqm, excluding GST.
The building has a net lettable area of 1600sqm, average floor plates of 550sqm and can be leased refurbished with options for open-plan floors or partitioned offices.
Lease Equity director of capital markets Luke Pavlos said the leasing rates would suit price-sensitive companies that had ruled out the CBD on the basis that it was not affordable.
Mr Pavlos said the owners had met the market on price.
"Companies will be hard-pressed to find a building of the same quality at the same price point, either in the CBD or suburbs," he said.
